It was clean. It is a small place but a good value. Excellent cleaning staff! -That stood out... Close to train station (which a good thing in Cannes, not in Nice) food and shopping Beach about 3 blocks away. Pleasant stay. More like a business hotel....

The hotel staff was very nice, offering helpful sightseeing tricks despite the fact that Cannes is a small town. The hotel is right across the sncf station. However the room is seriously peaceful.
